For the price I paid, I got great value and a comfortable room. The location was convenient for my needs and the staff, especially Cornetta Britt, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant.

General manager Cheris Brown and front desk supervisor Yanika were very professional and worked with us to resolve our problem created by Booked.net. Booked.net put us in a smoking room which I frankly didn't know even still existed and I am asthmatic. I refused the room and the hotel had no other similar rooms available. After some discussion, and a call to the manager, I was offered a satisfactory solution. Thank you Cheris and Yanika.

It took me an hour of explaining my needs to finally get the room ( or something comparable ) that I paid for. The miscommunication between Booked.net and the hotel is extremely frustrating and it seems like if you book through a third party, you are treated as if you're not as valued a customer.
